Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience desirable
