Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail work experience (preferred)
