Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist customers
• Work with the team to communicate effectively and report issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Ability to use equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience
