Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate with team members
• Report inventory issues, monitor accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure store security
• Execute assigned duties and support store operations as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communication skills, and teamwork
• High School Diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred
