Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to uphold company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
