Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain a clean store environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
