Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's company values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
