Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as shelving products and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow cleaning protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
