Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
