Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi and contribute to creating a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and help ensure the store operations run smoothly. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate with team members and store management to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks like bending, reaching, lifting, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
