Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently manage store operations and lead a team. This role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and executing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer queries and ensure resolutions are reached.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in hiring and training processes.
• Manage schedules, communicate job expectations, and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor store budget and ensure inventory control.
• Ensure workplace safety and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Experience in retail with a focus on customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and cash registers.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience, managerial experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
