Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for the role of managing your own store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, develop operational plans, and lead and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and exemplify the organization's core values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling of store personnel.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and overall store performance.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment.
• Maintain proper stock levels through effective inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and drive performance.
• Proficient in applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
