Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for a future leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and mentoring team members to foster growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and exemplify the company's core values to build a strong team.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
• Participate in hiring and training staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor store performance metrics and recommend and implement improvements.
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in retail, with at least 3 years of progressive experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
