JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring all financial targets are met.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, playbooks are executed flawlessly, and programming meets quality standards.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentorship, fostering talent and continuous improvement.
- Create an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate and build community.
