Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through innovative programming and exceptional coaching.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs, ensuring STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance is maximized.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of programming and events.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes that motivate and engage members.
• Create connections with members, addressing their concerns promptly and fostering a culture centered on our core values.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community.
