Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a company committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting environment that maximizes STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance to meet financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
- Maintain club schedules that are competitive, convenient, and on-trend, while controlling operating costs.
- Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and in top condition, executing all VASA initiatives flawlessly.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience by providing high-energy classes that inspire, uplift, and build community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve business targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Certifications in fitness training or related areas are a plus.
