Job Description
We are seeking experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare. We have opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support patients in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, implementing care plans, and contributing to discharge planning.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
