Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers an opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem with flexible schedules and competitive pay rates ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.

Requirements
