Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Maintain resident records and alert statuses.
• Ensure confidentiality and notify appropriate personnel of resident condition changes.
• Assist with medication records and ordering.
• Monitor medication deliveries and address discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Ability and willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English.
• Monthly in-service attendance and CPR certification.
• Clean background check is required.
