Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood on a Part-Time basis. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
