Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, supporting patients in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
- Available for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions.
