Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement goal-oriented care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities with competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements
