Job Description

As an essential member of our nursing team, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. In addition to delivering direct patient care, you will also contribute to assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
