Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. If you are skilled in providing nursing care to geriatric patients and thrive in a patient-centered environment, we want you to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Contribute to developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
