Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients, develop patient-centered care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We offer flexible job types including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions with competitive pay ranging from $22-$28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
