ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
