Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implement goal-oriented care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
