Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring the implementation of goal-oriented care plans. Responsibilities

Requirements
