Job Description
We are hiring for a Management position in North Pinellas County, FL, at Domino's. This role offers a salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, is bonus eligible, and provides weekly pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

If you are a high-energy team builder, this job is for you! As a member of our team, you will assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for your team. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations such as cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will play a crucial role in developing more managers by setting a positive example and mentoring your team, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Daily encouragement of current team members and active recruitment of new talent will be key aspects of your role.
In addition to the above, you will be involved in staffing, paperwork management, food handling, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, promoting Domino's image standards, delivering exceptional customer service, managing store cleanliness, and implementing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
As a member of our store team, you are expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of all operational tasks and the ability to train others in these tasks. Operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products accurately and efficiently, processing orders via telephone, managing inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness are essential functions of this role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are vital. You must possess the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations swiftly, make correct change, and have good motor coordination for precise movements. Additionally, proficiency in using a computer keyboard or touch screen is necessary.
