Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ABF Freight. As a City Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering cargo efficiently to various destinations while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will utilize up-to-date technology and procedures to ensure the effective transportation of goods.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickups and deliveries of cargo within proximity of distribution centers.
• Load and unload trailers using appropriate techniques.
• Customize duties based on terminal location requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred.
• Must possess a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Safe driving history and strong work ethic.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
