Responsibilities

• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits for patients.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams for patient care.
• Continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years.
• State licensed in New York.
• Passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency in evidence-based medicine.
