Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Starting Wage: $26.75 per hour
  • Location: Frederick, MD

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate information to support operational activities.
  • Generate reports to aid in decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to various levels of management.
  • Assist in office supply ordering and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Identify and report irregularities.
  • Conduct training and offer assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
