Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are appropriately stocked, merchandise displays are attractive, and follow safety procedures while operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers efficiently (Cashier).
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and follow merchandising guidelines (Stocker).
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Uphold security and privacy protocols.

Physical Demands

• Required to stand, bend, lift, and carry.
• Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds (Stocker).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
