Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. This position offers variety and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and offer assistance during the shopping experience.
• Report feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and follow safety procedures.
• Physical demands include lifting and moving items throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience and knowledge of company products preferred.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
