Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Coach personal trainers on sales techniques and consultative skills.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Strong sales acumen and customer relationship management abilities.
