The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plumbing structures and systems, managing project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising technicians to guarantee efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate plumbing construction and maintenance activities.
• Supervise and delegate plumbing technicians, including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Inspect projects for compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop quality control programs and implement new plans as needed.
• Interpret plans, negotiate contracts, and obtain necessary permits.
• Requisition materials, review payroll records, and enforce safety regulations.
• Coach, motivate, and train technicians to maximize productivity and skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret plans, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
