This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to the maintenance of plumbing systems, and supervise technicians to ensure operations run smoothly.

Position Summary

The Plumbing Technician will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and design professionals to resolve job site issues.
• Plan and schedule plumbing activities to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare budget estimates and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Direct and supervise plumbing projects and workers.
• Coach and develop technicians to enhance productivity and skills.
• Drive company vehicles safely as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
