Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, administering medications, and building positive relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Build positive relationships with patients.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
• Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
