Are you a compassionate nurse looking for an opportunity to provide one-on-one care in the home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to cater to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware. Join our highly skilled team in administering medications, gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week daytime orientation and patient field training.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
