Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Home Health to join our team at ChristianaCare. As an RN Field Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring they receive the necessary treatment and support. This role requires proficiency in IV functions and the ability to develop comprehensive care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans.
- Ensure patient care is consistent with available resources and patient-centered.
- Train and maintain proficiency in IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
This position offers permanent, full-time employment with a pay range of $32.00 - $44.00 per hour, and an expected weekly schedule of 20-40 hours.
