Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will work day shift hours supporting the Newark, DE area with additional on-call shifts and weekend requirements. IV proficiency is required, and training will be provided if needed. Development and implementation of patient-centered care plans are essential responsibilities of this role.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license, or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
