ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will involve providing skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will work day shift hours, have on-call responsibilities, and support the Newark, DE area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Plan for patient discharges.

Requirements:

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• IV proficiency.
