Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members in the successful operation of an Arby's Restaurant.
- Provide exemplary leadership and customer service, ensuring efficient and friendly transactions.
- Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures while following applicable laws.
- Conduct human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.
- Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food management experience.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- State-issued driver’s license and clear background check.
