Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members in the successful operation of an Arby's Restaurant.
• Provide exemplary leadership and customer service, ensuring efficient and friendly transactions.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures while following applicable laws.
• Conduct human resource functions including staffing, training, and employee supervision.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of fast-food management experience.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• State-issued driver’s license and clear background check.
