Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment responsibly and follow company standards for cleaning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
