Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, supervising store activities, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to enhance store performance. Your responsibilities will include training and developing the team, maintaining inventory procedures, ensuring customer service excellence, and upholding company policies.

- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Maintain inventory procedures and minimize losses.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and handle operational concerns.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Management experience is a plus.
