Registered Nurse - RN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans, administering medications, delegating patient care tasks, and ensuring effective communication between shifts.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans.
• Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation.
• Ensure seamless communication of patient information within the team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification.
• Preferred: One to three years of RN experience in a similar setting.
• Universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement in place.
