Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, develop operational plans, and identify training opportunities to support team growth. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the local competitive environment and provide feedback.
• Participate in the store personnel interviewing process.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
