Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and contributing to positive clinical outcomes. In addition to providing direct patient care, you will have the opportunity to participate in assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
• Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing or as required by state regulations.
