Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain general cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to all company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
