Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to contribute to the exceptional shopping experience we provide to our customers. In this role, you will operate registers and machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and assist customers, ensuring a rewarding and dynamic work environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely.
- Organize inventory and maintain store appearance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
